A big weekend upcoming for Montgomery Motor Speedway as the 59th Annual Alabama 200 “Hunt for the BEAR” is shaping up to big another HUGE start to the season for MMS. The State Capital will see over 70 teams roll in to Montgomery for the 2023 Alabama 200. Last years Alabama 200 was a huge success, and 2023 will be just as big! Many up and coming drivers are making the trip to Montgomery Motor Speedway to “Hunt for the BEAR”. With $10,000 on the line, the weekend should shape up to be big! Besides the entries, here is what else you can expect to see this weekend!
Grandstand admission tickets can be bought at the gate for $20.
For the first time ever, Montgomery Motor Speedway will have a “Miss Alabama 200”. That person will be Kaylee Jordan from Saraland, Alabama. Kaylee also currently serves as the 55th Annual Miss Snowball Derby! We are very excited to have Kaylee Jordan represent as the first ever Miss Alabama 200. “I am very thankful to have been chose as the first Miss Alabama 200. Coming from a racing family this is truly an honor. I am really excited to be part of the Montgomery Motor Speedway family while watching these talented drivers hunt for the BEAR! The 59th Annual Alabama 200 will feature Multi-Award-Winning Nashville Recording Artist Alyssa Ruffin performing the National Anthem. Alyssa performed the Star Spangled Banner once before at Montgomery Motor Speedway last season and blew the crowd away with her performance. She is the 2022 International Fair Play Country Music Red Carpet Awards “Country Voice of the Year” and the 2021 Josie Music Awards “Vocalist of the Year”. She currently has 7 nominations at the 2023 International Fair Play Country Music Awards in Holland. Alyssa is excited to be back at Montgomery Motor Speedway for a second time performing the National Anthem in front of thousands of blue collar racing fans at Montgomery Motor Speedway.
