December 9, 2021: A great 2021 season for the Show me the MONEY Pro Late Model series is in the books with Christopher Tullis #12 taking home the Championship. The season featured 3 different drivers finding Victory Lane. Christopher Tullis #12 took home the Alabama 200 Hunt for the Bear trophy along with another win. The young gun Jake Garcia #35 finished the season third in points, but found himself in Victory Lane the most of any driver in the pro late model division this year with 3 wins. Jett Noland #81 and the Anthony Campi Racing crew found something towards the end of the season as he finished the season strong winning the last 2 races of the season. Augie Grill #112 “Mr. Montgomery” finished the season second in the point standings just 12 points behind the #12 of Christopher Tullis after 2 runner-up finishes and 3 top threes. John Bolen #2 finished the season fourth in the point standings with 3 top three finishes. Chase Spradlin #89 rounded out the top five in points this year with his best finish being a fifth place finish. 7 different drivers comitted to running the entire 7 races this year in the Show me the MONEY series. All 7 of those drivers finished the season in the top 8 in the Show me the MONEY poin standings. Christopher Tullis #12. Augie Grill #112, John Bolen #2, Chase Spradlin #89, Justin Bonnett #12, Jeff Dawkins #2, and Gage Rodgers #1 all ran the entire 7 races of the season. A BIG THANK YOU to those who came to Montgomery Motor Speedway this season to run with some of the best short track drivers in the country.
Now, a look forward to 2022. The 2022 season will get started with the biggest Pro Late Model race in the COUNTRY. The Alabama 200 will take place on March 5, 2022. The 200 lap event will feature some of the best short track drivers in the country, coming from all over for 200 laps at the historic Montgomery Motor Speedway. April 30, 2022 will be out second race of the season, the Spring Fling 100 lap race. On May 28, the Memorial 100 lap race will take place on Memorial Day. After the summer off, August 6, 2022 will include the Saturday of Speed 125 lap race. September 3, 2022 will feature the Fall Brawl 100 lap race. The 2022 seaso will be decided once again on November 5, 2022 for the Alabama State Championship races and the Southern 100 lap race.
