The Montgomery Motor Speedway staff began track cleanup and drying working tirelessly to get the track back and ready to race on. As Saturday night got started, it was the Pro Trucks hitting the track first.

“Show me the MONEY” Pro Late Models
The “Show me the MONEY” Pro Late Model series returned to Montgomery Motor Speedway with a talented field once again. With limited practice sessions due to inclement weather, the field was forced to have a group qualifying session. Jake Garcia #35 claimed the BAMA Budweiser Pole Award setting the fastest time, after choosing to sit out on a practice session. The always competitively fast Christopher Tullis #12 qualified second, with Justin Bonnett #12 rounding out the top 3. After a Re-draw of the top 6, it was Christopher Tullis #12 starting on the pole and Augie Grill #112 joining him on the front row.
“Mr. Montgomery”, Augie Grill battled on the outside claiming the lead on the first lap, before Christopher Tullis #12 was able to get the inside line rolling and claiming the lead on lap 2. Christopher Tullis #12 continued to show the speed he has had at Montgomery Motor Speedway this season by leading from lap 2 until the first caution on lap 29 for a flat tire on the #2 of Jeff Dawkins. Battles throughout the field ensued, contact between Justin Bonnett #12 and Hunter Wright #16 forced both cars to fall back into the field and pit under caution for repairs. Christopher Tullis #12 was able to jump back out to the lead once again after the restart and continue to escort cars around MMS. On lap 79, a caution was called due to 50 consecutive green flag laps, this had been told to all drivers in the drivers meeting earlier in the afternoon. As the field bunched back together for a 21-lap shootout, it was contact between Jake Garcia #35 and Chase Spradlin #89 going into turn 1 that left the #89 in the wall and ending his night early. The field bunched back together once again, this time Christopher Tullis #12 was called for jumping the restart and was shown the black flag. Augie Grill #112 became the beneficiary as he took control of the lead for a few laps before Jake Garcia #35 made the pass for the lead on lap 86. Garcia #35 would lead until lap 90 when Nick McFarland #6 went for a spin in turn 4. Jake Garcia led the field back to green and won the restart holding off Augie Grill #112. The battle behind the leaders took place between Justin Bonnett #12 and John Bolen #2 as the laps wound down for the third position. As the field took the white flag Justin Bonnett #12 went spinning into turn 1, but it was Jake Garcia #35 taking the checkered flag and bringing home the victory. Augie Grill #112 finished second with John Bolen #2 rounding out the top 3. Justin Bonnett #12 finished fourth with Gage Rodgers #1 rounding out the top five.
