April 2, 2020 Montgomery, Alabama: Due to the continued State, National and International battle with COVID-19 and mandated social distancing and other restrictions Montgomery Motor Speedway and the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour have suspended racing action for the month of April. At this time, it is difficult to predict when we might race again. Be assured the safety health and wellbeing of everyone is our main concern.
Please, do your part, follow and practice the advised guidelines to do all you can to stop the spread of this dangerous virus. We all want to get back to racing and things back to normal as soon as possible.
We are monitoring guidelines set forth by state and local officials and plan on racing as soon as we can provide a safe environment for fans, Competitors and MMS Team members. We will release a revised schedule when appropriate. When it’s time to go racing we will be ready.
To all the Medical Professionals and First Responders who are putting their own health at risk for the benefit of other we thank you.
