August 10th 2018, Montgomery, Alabama: With some tight points battles and the competition at an all time high, Racers are preparing for the Saturday of SPEED 250. The event is one of the Biggest of the season. Teams are not only looking at this race but also keeping the Alabama 200 “Hunt for the BEAR” !!! in site.
Current “Show me the MONEY” points leader John Bolan #2 has been in this spot in the past and was the 2014 “Show me the MONEY” Champion. Right behind him sits Bobby Knox Jr. #30 just 4 points back and Mobiles’s Dustin Smith #33 another 4 points back.
The Pro Late models will battle for 125 laps in the classic Saturday of SPEED. The Late Model Sportsman will have a 75 lap contest and the Coca-Cola Street stocks will compete for 50 laps.
Tickets are $15 for adults $10 military and seniors $5 kids 6-12….5 and under are free.
Gates open at 5 Budweiser qualifying at 6 and Racing at 7.
Pits will open at 1 practice will start at 3:30
