The Late Model sportsman division will have a new sponsor for 2018. Blacksheep Woodlands will take over as title sponsor for what has become one of the best divisions at MMS. At the end of the 2017 season Only 2 points separated the top 3 drivers, The championship came down to the final laps during the Alabama 200/Hunt for the Bear weekend as Perry Patino captured his first stock car championship just edging out Jason Furrow and Dennis Reno Jr. Veteran driver Jeff Dawkins has plans to better his 4 place finish in final points as he and crew chief Steve Haire are focused on the top spot in the Blacksheep Woodlands Late Model Sportsman division.
Opening night March 24th will kick off the 2018 Season as the Coca Cola Street Stocks, Blacksheep Woodlands Late Model Sportsman, Modified Minis and the New Road Runner/Renegade division will hit the historic 1/2 mile track. Grandstands will open at 5, Budweiser qualifying at 6 and racing at 7.
Tickets are $10 for adults $8 seniors and military,$5 for children 6-12 , 5 and under are always free.
