Alert to racers and fans. Due to a scheduling conflict the MARS Motorcycle race has been moved from its original date of August 23,2014 to August 9,2014.The race night will feature the Open Wheel Modified in a 50 lap feature, Open Sportsman, Uncle Bob’s Self Storage Street Stocks, Modified Minis and now the MARS Motorcycles.
The Alabama 200 “Fall Brawl” featuring the Southern Super Series on September 6th will be the last race of the year. As in years past this will not be a MMS points race for local divisions. The 2014 points will close out August 23, 2014 at the Saturday of Speed. The Top 3 in points for each division will be introduced at the opening ceremonies of the Alabama 200. We are planning the 2014 Awards dinner at this time and will have more information soon.
