Montgomery Alabama, April 3, 2014:
Pro Late Model drivers have been waiting all winter to stretch their legs and wind up their motors at Montgomery Motor Speedway. A few have tested the waters at other tracks but the word on the street is WIN at MMS. Racers from all over the southeast will converge on the historic half mile for the first Pro Late Model contest of 2014. Drivers will be competing for the new Budweiser Pole award and the $100 bonus that comes with the fastest lap. Fans will get the opportunity to meet the Pro Late Model drivers up close and personal in an on track autograph session. The fun doesn’t stop there as the fan favorite Uncle Bob’s Self Storage Street Stocks will race door to door for 30 laps. Opening night winner Dwayne “Collardgreen” Wesenberg looks for his second win of the 2014 season. Mini Modifieds and Buzz cars will round out the evening of racing.
Tickets are only $15 for adults $10 for seniors and military, children 6-12 are $5 and 5 and under are free. Pit gates open at 1:30 Practice starts at 3 Grandstands open at 5 Budweiser qualifying at 6 and racing at 7.
